Please use this as a resource if you are planning an event at Silver Fox Theater and Event Center.  We partnered with our insurance carrier to give you a faster and seamless way of retrieving event and/or alcohol liability insurance for your event.  Please follow this link and complete the necessary forms to retrieve your event policies.  If you decide to use this avenue, your forms will be automatically sent to the event coordinator and you will covered for the event.
